When I am in central London looking for somewhere good to eat I usually head to Charlotte Street.
There is lots to choose from; filled with restaurants from the affordable to the more expensive and a range of different cuisines .
Charlotte Street Hotel is a cute boutique hotel with a lot of character.
I love the unique, duck egg painted front, it reminds me of Tiffany gift packaging so you feel you are walking in to something special.
The Oscar Bar and Restaurant decor has been created by designer Kit Kemp with colourful, abstract art showcasing ‘contemporary London life’ which adds a lot of vibrancy to the room.
I opted for the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. It looked tasty but the portion size looked a tad small, however it turns out my eyes are just too big for my stomach as it was actually the perfect amount. The eggs were fluffy and buttery, the salmon tasted fresh and the rye bread made my meal feel a bit lighter so overall a great breakfast.
I love the atmosphere at Charlotte Street Hotel Oscar Bar and Restaurant, team that with yummy food and you are on to a winner.
